Fear of Plight

Hello friends

Hope you all are doing great. And yes of course, Happy Valentine’s Day to you all! May your life be always filled with the colors of Love…

Love can only be lived and enjoyed if it is free of any kind of fear….fear of loss, fear of separation, fear of infidelity, fear of opposition from parents, et al. love ,being just one kind of feeling ,still accompanied with such a wide variety of fears!! Now think about all the plethora of human feelings and just imagine the hundreds of thousands of fears which accompany them!

I know a friend of mine whose life is so much a part of her fears (life is subset here) that I wonder if she has ever brushed her teeths fearlessly! From the moment she has gained consciousness , she has survived her life out of her enormous imaginative as well as unimaginative fears! When she was a child, she had the fear of not getting good grades, of getting beaten up by her parents and teachers, of being a spectator of domestic violence in her house and also not to forget the fear of being mocked at for her unconditioned looks and their poverty! A girl aged 8 or something having so many fears in her childhood, can you beat that? Just try to understand her psychology, her mental state at such an amateur stage! Slowly and gradually she became complacent with her fears, her persona remarked by introvertness and shyness!

Today she is of my age but still surrounded by fears, the only change came in the types of fears she is surrounded by! Fear of underperformance at job, fear of losing out her job, losing her boyfriend , fear of rejection by people,  fear of misunderstandings , and last but not the least for now, the fear of death! The moment she moves out by any convence, she has this underlying fear of either being knocked out or of somebody else’s!

Its not just my friend , many others out there are living rather surviving a similar life ! They are always contemplating the results of their actions, always thinking and analyzing things, often found doubting their capabilities and a pessimistic approach to life! The character of Sharman Joshi in 3 idiots is symbolic to some extent, of all such fearful people in society. However, though he finally managed to overcome his fears , thanks to our very humble Aamir Khan, but not all people are so blessed perhaps.

These people need a real Aamir for themselves, rather within themselves! A soul free of any kind of fear, with a positive outlook towards life and an innate freedom to live, to experience life the way it is!
On this Valentine Day, lets make a wish for these people …a wish to make them fearless , free and lively!
Lets help out our friends in attaining the peace and calm of their life …..so that they celebrate their valentine in true sense….and are able to cherish their love for life!!!

  2. u just reminded me f a gud old poem..."WHERE the mind is without fear and the head is held high
    Where knowledge is free
Where the world has not been broken up into fragments
    By narrow domestic walls
Where words come out from the depth of truth
Where tireless striving stretches its arms towards perfection"...lets hope 2 attain 'fearlessness' sum day....

  3. To overcome fear one should use the power of love. With love one feel a sense of oneness. Therefore it is not possible to have the same fear. One no longer fear people because they are part of one's own self. It is love that can conquer fear. As somebody very rightly said

“Where there is love, real love, there can be no fear

Insha Allah everyone gets Love on this Valentine.AAMEEN..........
